Cheryl and Julie have known each other since 2014 and have worked together on various projects. Julie is keen to get started and to bring the performance arts to the studio. She is looking forward to helping the children explore their creativity, gain confidence, better their development, discover their hidden talents and have fun while doing so.
Julie has recently graduated as a HND Performing Arts student obtaining a HND with Distinction. She has also studied Childcare at levels 2 and 3, as well as gaining qualifications in pediatric first aid and working with children and young people with special educational needs. Julie has performed as Mary Magdalene, Sister Glenna and Loretta in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella and Nurse Ratched in One flew over the Cuckoo’s nest to name a few. She has been the assistant stage manager for the production of Dick Whittington overseeing all running cues for the show including lighting, sound, AV and Pyrotechnics.
Julie has an extensive dance background covering all genres e.g street, ballet and jazz. She is also a qualified Acrobatic Arts and Alixa Flexibility teacher.
