examinations and assessments which open doors for students of all ages and
abilities, nationally and internationally.
Our examinations in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Musical Theatre
and Contemporary are designed to maximise enjoyment, whilst building a
technical foundation and encouraging expression and creativity.
Access and Diversity
We recognise that students have different reasons for learning
to dance. We provide different pathways for vocational training and dance for pleasure
through:
- Pre-Graded
Examinations - Graded and
Vocational Graded Examinations - Performance
Awards - Freestyle Dance
Awards
All students are awarded for their achievements through a
Certificate and mark breakdown (where relevant). Students gaining a Freestyle
Award receive a badge, medal or other token of success.
bbodance is an inclusive organisation and our examinations and
assessments are available to everyone. Students with disabilities, special
needs or learning difficulties will be given the support they need to achieve
and succeed.
